Useful information to ensure success!
Process of applying for our program:
It’s better to start processing 6 months in advance or earlier if it’s peak season.
You can also apply 2 weeks before depending on schedules and room availability, so feel free to contact us.
1. Application for Program
Based on your requested plan and schedule, we will check the availability and reply back to you. When your application is approved, we will send you a confirmation letter and invoice via e-mail. We would like you to check our reply thoroughly.
We listen to all inquiries. Feel free to ask us anything.
2. Reservation for flight tickets and checking your passport status

About reserving a flight:
Please reserve return tickets to your place of origin from Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
It’s recommended to choose a direct flight to Cebu.
Please note that there is a higher possibility for your flight to be canceled or delayed if you have a transfer/connecting flight, especially through Manila.
Please reserve a ticket arriving within 24 hours on Sundays, the day before your program.
Please note that a pick-up service is available only for flights arriving on Sundays.
Check-out from your dormitory is 10 AM on Saturday, so please reserve your ticket based on that. Graduation is on Friday.
Direct flights are recommended.
3. Making a Payment

After confirming that the invoice is correct, please make a payment via bank transfer.
When the payment process is done, the enrolling process will be confirmed.
